Description
GMacros installs into Alphacam as the GMacros tab. It edits the direction and start point of geometries in the drawing with one click, generates gasket and panel cabinet door series from a dimension list, duplicates panel door designs and measures arc lengths. The license is bound to one computer; the key is entered once on first use and verified over the internet.

Tool guide: what does each button do?
Tools
Installs on the GMacros tab in Alphacam; the tools are picked from a menu opened by a single button. They reduce the drawing and editing jobs that repeat every day in furniture production to a few dimensions; the main tools:
Reverse Direction
Edits the cutting direction and start point of selected geometries in one click. Works on open and closed contours and zigzag paths; the contour is not redrawn.
Gasket Door Design
Draws a series of gasket-groove doors from a width × height list. Rebate allowance and panel spacing are fixed; no separate calculation per door.
Panel Cabinet Door Design
Generates inner panel offsets from the outer frame dimensions. Enter how many offset levels you want and the lines are created inward in order.
Panel Door Design
Enter top, bottom, left and right rail sizes with the panel dimensions; the door design is drawn and duplicated in the quantity you need.
Align & Center Objects
Aligns selected parts in one step: pick the group center, the first object or the drawing origin as reference, then center to one of nine directions (left/right/top/bottom/center).
Slat Door Design
Enter edge and rebate allowance, slat thickness and the vertical/horizontal slat counts with the door sizes; slat-grid door panels are drawn automatically.
Measure Arc Length
Shows the length of selected arcs and objects instantly. No separate measuring tool needed for cutting length or material estimates.
Which door types?
Eight tools under a single GMacros tab button; each derives geometry from dimensions:
- Groove (fitil) door
- Gasket Door Design — series from a width×height list; allowance and panel gap fixed.
- Panel door (membrane, lacquer)
- Panel Door Design — as many inward offset lines from the outer frame as you need; membrane pattern and lacquered panel look.
- Panel door leaf / American door
- Panel Door Layout — the door from top/bottom/left/right stile and panel sizes; duplicated in any quantity.
- Slatted door
- Slat Door Design — grid panel from edge allowance, rebate allowance, slat thickness and count.
- Louvred door
- Louvre Door Design — louvre slats from edge allowance, bottom/middle rail and Z top/bottom; single or double panel.
- Direction after nesting
- Reverse Direction — cutting direction and start point of selected contours in one click; climb/conventional correction.
License
- License term: 1 year — renew from the panel before it expires.
- A key works on one computer at a time; buy one unit per computer.
- Activation requires an internet connection; the key is not asked again during the license term.
- When you change computers, a free new key is issued through a reinstallation request in the panel.
GMacros add-ins and macros run inside Alphacam Router. An Alphacam software license is not included in the product price; you buy Alphacam separately from Hexagon or an authorised reseller. Supported versions: 2019 R1 and later.

What is the difference between the add-in and the macro packages?
The add-in holds series design tools (groove/panel/slat doors, panel door layout) and daily editing tools; the macro packages cover hole/groove/frame work on cabinet doors, interior doors and carcasses. Used together, licensed separately.
