Furniture production tools for Alphacam: reverse direction, gasket/panel cabinet door design, panel door design, arc length measurement.

Description

GMacros installs into Alphacam as the G MACROS tab. It edits the direction and start point of geometries in the drawing with one click, generates gasket and panel cabinet door series from a dimension list, duplicates panel door designs and measures arc lengths. The license is bound to one computer; the key is entered once on first use and verified over the internet.

Tools

Installs into Alphacam as a separate G MACROS tab. Five buttons reduce the drawing and editing jobs that repeat every day in furniture production to a few dimensions.

  • Reverse Direction

    Edits the cutting direction and start point of selected geometries in one click. Works on open and closed contours and zigzag paths; the contour is not redrawn.

  • Gasket Door Design

    Draws a series of gasket-groove doors from a width × height list. Rebate allowance and panel spacing are fixed; no separate calculation per door.

  • Panel Cabinet Door Design

    Generates inner panel offsets from the outer frame dimensions. Enter how many offset levels you want and the lines are created inward in order.

  • Panel Door Design

    Enter top, bottom, left and right rail sizes with the panel dimensions; the door design is drawn and duplicated in the quantity you need.

  • Measure Arc Length

    Shows the length of selected arcs and objects instantly. No separate measuring tool needed for cutting length or material estimates.

License

  • License term: 1 year — renew from the panel before it expires.
  • A key works on one computer at a time; buy one unit per computer.
  • Activation requires an internet connection; the key is not asked again during the license term.
  • When you change computers, a free new key is issued through a reinstallation request in the panel.
