Privacy Notice (KVKK)

1. Data Controller
Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), your personal data is processed by Gökhan Coşkun as data controller, within the scope described below.

2. Personal Data Processed
- Identity and contact: name, e-mail address, phone
- Company and invoice details: legal name, tax number/office, address
- Transaction security: IP address, session logs, timestamps, two-step verification records
- License and device data: license key, name of the activated computer, operating system, Alphacam version, an irreversible digest of the device identifier, first activation and last verification time
- Orders and support: order history, download records, support requests and messages
- Payment: order and invoice details, bank transfer reference. Your card details never enter our system; payment is made on the bank's 3D Secure page.
3. Purposes of Processing
- Creating and managing your account
- Taking the order, matching the payment and delivering the license key
- License activation, verification and enforcement of the one-computer rule; detecting misuse
- Providing software updates
- Issuing invoices and meeting statutory retention obligations
- Handling support and reinstallation requests
- System security
4. Legal Grounds
Your personal data is processed under KVKK art. 5/2 on the grounds of establishing and performing a contract, fulfilling a legal obligation and legitimate interest (protecting the license right); where explicit consent is required, on the basis of your consent.
5. Transfers
Your data may be transferred to the bank for payment processing, to the e-mail service provider for notifications and to authorised public bodies where legally required. Your data is hosted on servers in Türkiye and is not transferred abroad.
6. Retention Period
Account, license and support data is kept for as long as your membership continues; invoices and commercial records are kept for 10 years under the Turkish Tax Procedure Law and Commercial Code. After these periods the data is deleted or anonymised.
7. Your Rights (KVKK art. 11)
You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information, to request correction or deletion, to request restriction of processing and to claim compensation for damages.
You can submit requests to info@gmacros.com. Requests are concluded within 30 days at the latest.
