Decor add-in for Alphacam: wavy baffle slat walls and ceilings, kerf bending (U-shaped counters, column cladding, L corners), patterned CNC screens / room dividers and photo engraving (halftone). Enter the sizes; slats, grooves, pattern cut-outs or engraving lines come ready in the drawing.

Description
GMacros Dekor, Alphacam'de GMacros sekmesine kendi "GMacros Dekor" bölmesiyle kurulur ve dört araç sunar. Baffle lamel duvar/tavan: duvar ölçüsü ve lamel kalınlığına göre lamel adedini hesaplar; altı dalga modelinden biriyle numaralı lamelleri, yuvalı taşıyıcı traversleri ve montajlı 3D önizlemeyi çizer. Kerf bükme: çift bükümlü banko, tam silindir kolon ve tek köşe bükümü için düz açınım plakasını, kanal adedini ve aralığını, 1:1 bükülmüş şablonu çıkarır. Desenli seperatör: sekiz geometrik desenle (yıldız, petek, kumiko, baklava, gradyan delik…) çerçeveli paravan panelleri çizer. Fotoğraftan oyma: seçtiğiniz fotoğrafı V-freze oluk hatlarına ya da kademeli delik matrisine dönüştürür. Tüm geometri ayrı katmanlarda gelir; işleme adımını Alphacam'de siz belirlersiniz. Tek lisans anahtarı, bir bilgisayar.

Tool guide: what does each button do?
Which jobs?
Four tools, four decor jobs. Each prepares the geometry to be cut; machining you define in Alphacam as usual:
- Baffle slat walls and ceilings
- Baffle Slat Wall / Ceiling — works out the slat count from the wall size; draws each slat's wavy cutting profile with hanging hooks and a sequence number, and the carrier rails with numbered slots. 6 wave types and a 3D assembly preview.
- Kerf bending: counters, columns, corners
- Kerf Bending — development plate and kerf grooves for U-shaped desks/counters, 360° column cladding and single corner (L) bends; groove count and spacing are calculated, depth follows from material thickness and remaining skin, and a 1:1 form template is drawn too.
- CNC screen and divider patterns
- Patterned Screen / Divider — 8 patterns including 8-point star, Voronoi, hexagonal honeycomb, Moroccan quatrefoil and kumiko/asanoha; you set the solid border, density and web thickness.
- Photo engraving (halftone)
- Photo Engraving — turns a photo into V-groove lines or a hole pattern that grows with darkness; you set the V-cutter angle and maximum depth.
License
- License term: 1 year — renew from the panel before it expires.
- A key works on one computer at a time; buy one unit per computer.
- Activation requires an internet connection; the key is not asked again during the license term.
- When you change computers, a free new key is issued through a reinstallation request in the panel.
GMacros products are add-ins that run inside Alphacam Router. An Alphacam software license is not included in the product price; you buy Alphacam separately from Hexagon or an authorised reseller. Supported versions: 2019 R1 and later.
Frequently asked
Does the add-in create the toolpaths?
No. The tools add the geometry to be cut and engraved to the drawing; toolpaths you define in Alphacam with your own tools and strategy.
Are bridges (tabs) added to the screen pattern?
No. The outer frame and inner cut-outs are drawn on separate layers; you add bridges in Alphacam when you set up machining.
How is the kerf groove depth set?
The flexible skin you want to keep is subtracted from the material thickness; the groove depth is reported with the drawing. The groove count and spacing are worked out by the tool too.
How is it licensed?
Choose a 1-year plan or a pay-per-use plan. One key is active on one computer at a time.
