How it works

You describe the motif in words; a relief (embossed) 3D model is prepared, added to your Alphacam drawing and scaled to the size you need. An internet connection is required.

You pay per generation; you get as many generations as you buy. A credit is used only when the model is ready; there is no time limit.

Pick one of 50 ready wave patterns and enter the door sizes and carving depth; the 3D surface and cutting frame of each door are drawn. You define 3D roughing/finishing in Alphacam as usual.

Alphacam 2019 R1 or later. Machining 3D Wave Panel models requires the Alphacam 3D module. The Alphacam license is not included in our products.

No, there are two separate products with two separate licenses. The GMacros Alphacam Package license opens the macros and add-ins inside Alphacam. The GMacros CAM license opens the same macros and GMacros Multi-Drill inside CAM; it does not require Alphacam.

The GMacros CAM license opens every macro inside CAM (GMacros Tools, Cabinet Door, Door, Cabinet, 3D Wave, Decor) and Multi-Drill, plus 20 NirvanaAI generations. To use the macros inside Alphacam, the GMacros Alphacam Package is sold separately.

It groups the holes in your drawing by diameter, picks the matching drill or the drill-head spindle on your machine by T number, lets you set depth and pecking per group and creates the drilling operations in one go. It works on routers, drilling machines and routers with a drill head. Horizontal drilling and grooving saws are not supported.

Fill in the trial form; once approved, a 7-day trial license arrives by email. The installer is downloaded from the panel's Downloads page with a licensed account or from the Microsoft Store.

The **Buy a licence** link in the app's License menu opens the panel store. After payment the key arrives by email; enter it in the License status window.

Each product's trial is given once per person and per computer; a new trial cannot be opened on the same computer with a different email or account. Requests from VPNs or server connections and disposable e-mail addresses are not accepted.

Timed licenses check the computer's date and time. Turn on "Set time automatically" in Windows and restart the application.

If use against the license terms is detected, a warning is shown in the application first; if it continues, usage may be suspended. If you think this is a mistake, please contact us.

A key runs on one computer at a time. For several computers, set the quantity to the number of computers when ordering; each one gets its own key.

Open a "Reinstallation" request on the My Licenses page in the panel. Once approved, the old key is closed and a new one is e-mailed to you. Free of charge; the end date does not change.

The first key entry needs the internet; the computer must reach lisans.gmacros.com. NirvanaAI uses the internet for every generation.

A time-limited license stops working at the end date; buy a new term with "Renew" in the panel. There is no automatic charge. Perpetual licenses have no end date.

On timed plans (1, 2 and 3 years), versions released within 1 year of purchase are free to download from the panel; the perpetual plan is outside this update promise.

Credit/debit card (Garanti BBVA 3D Secure), PayPal (USD) and bank transfer. Your card details never enter our system. No instalments.

Once the payment reaches the account, keys are generated and e-mailed to you, usually the same business day. Writing the order reference code in the description speeds this up.

Once the payment is approved, your invoice appears as a PDF on the Invoices page in the panel. It is issued with the details on the My Company page.

Product pages show the price excluding and including VAT separately. You pay the VAT-inclusive amount.

If you have not activated the key or downloaded the installer, you get a full refund within 14 days. After that no refund is possible because it is digital content; we recommend trying it free first.

Write to us on WhatsApp or open a ticket on the Tickets page in the panel. If needed we connect to your screen with AnyDesk or TeamViewer and solve it together.

Make sure you installed it while Alphacam was closed, then restart Alphacam. If the problem persists, write to us with your Alphacam version.
