Terms of Sale (Distance Sales Contract)

This contract governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the electronic sale of a usage license for Alphacam add-ins and macros (digital content) developed by the seller, under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation. What is sold is not ownership of the software but the right to use it for the term and under the conditions stated on the product page.

3. Product, License Scope and Price

The product, quantity, license term and price are stated in the order summary and on the invoice. Prices are shown separately excluding and including VAT. Instalment payment is not offered.

• Each unit corresponds to a license key valid on one computer at a time.
• The license term is stated on the product page; "perpetual" products have no end date. Time-limited licenses expire automatically at the end of the term; there is no automatic renewal or automatic charge.
• Updates released during the license term are provided at no extra charge.
• When the buyer changes computers, the seller cancels the old key and issues a new one free of charge upon the buyer's request from the panel.
• Reverse engineering, copying, renting or transferring the software to third parties is prohibited.

4. Payment

Payment is made by credit/debit card (3D Secure) or bank transfer. Card details are not stored or seen in the seller's systems; payment is completed on the bank's secure page. For bank transfers the order reference code must be written in the description; orders whose payment does not arrive within 7 days are deemed cancelled.

5. Performance and Delivery

The contract is deemed performed when the license key is sent to the buyer's e-mail address and displayed in the panel. For card payments delivery is immediate upon payment approval; for bank transfers, upon confirmation that the payment has arrived. The installer is downloaded from the panel. Activation requires an internet connection; the buyer's lack of internet access does not constitute non-performance.

6. Right of Withdrawal

The buyer has the right to withdraw within 14 days of the conclusion of the contract. However, under art. 15/1-(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts concerning intangible goods performed instantly in electronic form and delivered instantly to the consumer.

Accordingly, the right of withdrawal ends once the license key is activated or the installer is downloaded. If the key has not been activated and the file has not been downloaded, a refund may be requested within 14 days — see the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

7. Compatibility and Liability

The product is developed for the Alphacam version stated on its page; the buyer is responsible for checking version compatibility before purchase. The seller is not liable for problems arising from the buyer's Alphacam license, operating system or hardware. Verifying the drawings and machining results produced with the product is the buyer's responsibility.

8. Disputes

Consumer Arbitration Committees are competent within the monetary limits announced by the Turkish Ministry of Trade, and Consumer Courts above those limits. If the buyer is a merchant, the courts and enforcement offices of İzmir are competent.
