2. Subject and Pre-contractual Information

This contract governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the electronic sale of usage licenses for software products (intangible goods / digital content) developed by the seller, under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation. What is sold is not ownership of the software but the right to use it for the term and under the conditions of the selected plan.

This text also serves as pre-contractual information under art. 5 of the Regulation: the seller's identity and contact details, the main characteristics of the product, the total price including taxes, payment and delivery terms, the right of withdrawal and its exception, and complaint channels are set out below. The main characteristics and price of the product are also shown on the product page and in the order summary. The buyer confirms having read this pre-contractual information and contract, the withdrawal exception and the immediate start of performance when opening an account in the panel and before placing each order, by ticking the confirmation box below the order summary before the payment step; no order can be placed without it. The date, time and IP address of the confirmation and the date of the accepted text are recorded; the contract is always available on the site and can be printed.

3. Product, License Scope and Price

Products sold: Alphacam add-in and macro packages (they require the buyer to hold a valid Alphacam license separately; Alphacam is not supplied by the seller), the GMacros CAM desktop application and NirvanaAI usage rights.

The product, plan, quantity, license term and price are stated in the order summary and on the invoice. Prices are shown separately excluding and including VAT; the total payable is the VAT-inclusive amount. Instalment payment is not offered.

• Plans: time-limited (1–3 years), perpetual or usage-based. The price comes from the selected plan.
• Each unit corresponds to a license key valid on one computer at a time. A license can be open in only one session at a time; GMacros CAM and an Alphacam add-in cannot stay open at the same time with the same license.
• Usage-based licenses (NirvanaAI): each successfully completed generation uses one right; a failed generation does not. Later purchases are added to the same license. The remaining rights are kept on the seller's server.
• GMacros CAM bundle: buying GMacros CAM also grants GMacros, Kapak, Kapı, Dolap, 3D Dalga and Dekor licenses for the same term and quantity; the Multi-Drilling module is part of GMacros CAM. NirvanaAI is not included; 10 generation rights are given for trial.
• "Perpetual" plans have no end date. Time-limited licenses expire automatically at the end of the term; there is no automatic renewal or automatic charge. An expired license stops working and the add-in files may be removed from the computer.
• On timed plans (1, 2 and 3 years), updates released within 1 year of purchase are provided at no extra charge; the perpetual plan is outside this update commitment.
• When the buyer changes computers, the seller cancels the old key and issues a new one free of charge upon the buyer's request from the panel.
• Activation and verification require an internet connection; there is no offline activation. Time-limited licenses require the computer clock to be correct.
• Reverse engineering, copying, renting or transferring the software to third parties, sharing the license key, using it on several computers and repeatedly obtaining trials are prohibited. If such use is detected the seller first shows a warning; if it continues, the seller may stop use of the product remotely. No refund is made when use is stopped because the buyer breached this clause. The buyer may object to a stop through a support ticket in the panel or by e-mail; the seller replies within 15 days at the latest. If it turns out the stop was not caused by the buyer, the seller restores use immediately; if it cannot, it refunds within 14 days the price for the remaining term on time-limited plans, the price of unused credits on usage-based plans, and the full price paid on perpetual plans.

4. Payment

Payment is made by credit/debit card (Garanti BBVA 3D Secure), PayPal or bank transfer. Card details are not stored or seen in the seller's systems; payment is completed on the bank's secure page. With PayPal, the TRY price is converted to US dollars at the rate at the time of payment and collected in US dollars through PayPal. For bank transfers the order reference code must be written in the description; orders whose payment does not arrive within 3 days are cancelled and the buyer is notified by e-mail.

5. Performance and Delivery

The contract is deemed performed when the license key is sent to the buyer's e-mail address and displayed in the panel (My Licenses). For card and PayPal payments delivery is immediate upon payment approval; for bank transfers, upon confirmation that the payment has arrived; in any case the statutory 30-day delivery period is not exceeded. The installer is downloaded from the panel's Downloads page; GMacros CAM can also be installed from the Microsoft Store. The buyer's lack of internet access does not constitute non-performance.

6. Right of Withdrawal

The buyer has the right to withdraw within 14 days of the conclusion of the contract without giving any reason and without paying a penalty. However, under art. 15/1-(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts concerning services performed instantly in electronic form and intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer. By ticking the confirmation box before the order the buyer confirms having been informed of this exception and agrees that performance begins immediately with delivery of the license key.

Accordingly, the right of withdrawal ends once the license key is activated or the installer is downloaded from the panel; in the GMacros CAM bundle, activating any of the bundled keys has the same effect. If the key has not been activated and the file has not been downloaded — for example while a bank transfer is still awaiting confirmation — the right of withdrawal may be exercised within 14 days.

Notice of withdrawal is given through a support ticket in the panel or by writing to info@gmacros.com. The amount is refunded within 14 days of the notice reaching the seller, to the original payment method and at no extra cost to the buyer; the related licenses are cancelled. 7. Compatibility and Liability

Alphacam add-ins and macros are developed for the Alphacam version stated on the product page; the buyer is responsible for checking version compatibility before purchase. The seller is not liable for problems arising from the buyer's Alphacam license, operating system or hardware. Drawings, toolpaths, NC programs and models produced with the products must be verified by the buyer before use on a machine.

8. Complaints and Disputes

You can first send complaints to info@gmacros.com or through a support ticket in the panel. Consumer Arbitration Committees at the consumer's place of residence or where the consumer transaction took place are competent within the monetary limits announced each year by the Turkish Ministry of Trade, and Consumer Courts above those limits. Applications to Consumer Arbitration Committees can also be made through the Consumer Information System (TÜBİS) on e-Devlet. If the buyer is a merchant, the courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul are competent.
