Cancellation and Refund Policy

Order cancellation

Orders that have not yet been paid (awaiting bank transfer) can be cancelled at any time from the Orders page in the panel. Orders whose payment does not arrive within 7 days are cancelled automatically; no charge arises.

Refunds and right of withdrawal

What you buy is a software license, performed instantly upon delivery of the key. Under art. 15/1-(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, after the license key is activated or the installer is downloaded the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised and no refund is possible.

If you have not activated the key and have not downloaded the file, you may request a full refund within 14 days of payment. Whether activation or download took place is determined from the license records.

Time-limited licenses and renewal

There is no automatic renewal: a time-limited license ends automatically on its end date; you need not do anything to cancel and your card is not charged automatically. To continue, buy a new term from the panel. No partial refund is made for unused time.

Product not working

If the product does not work on the Alphacam version stated on its page because of a fault on our side, and it cannot be fixed within a reasonable time through a support request, the price is refunded even if the license was activated. Not working on a different Alphacam version is not grounds for a refund; check version compatibility on the product page before buying.

Refund process

• Open a support ticket in the panel or write to info@gmacros.com, stating the order number.
• Your request is assessed within 3 business days.
• For approved refunds the license is cancelled and the amount is returned to the original payment method within 14 days.
• For card refunds the bank's own posting time may apply in addition.
