Cancellation and Refund Policy

Order cancellation

Orders that have not yet been paid (awaiting bank transfer) can be cancelled at any time from the Orders page in the panel. Orders whose payment does not arrive within 3 days are cancelled automatically and you are notified by e-mail; no charge arises.

Refunds and right of withdrawal

What you buy is a software license, performed instantly upon delivery of the key. Under art. 15/1-(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, after the license key is activated or the installer is downloaded from the panel the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised and no refund is possible. In the GMacros CAM bundle, activating any of the bundled keys has the same effect.

If you have not activated the key and have not downloaded the file, you may request a full refund within 14 days of payment. Whether activation or download took place is determined from the license records.

Free trial licenses are not subject to refund as no fee is paid.

Time-limited licenses and renewal

There is no automatic renewal: a time-limited license ends automatically on its end date; you need not do anything to cancel and your card is not charged automatically. To continue, buy a new term from the panel. No partial refund is made for unused time.

Remote stop of use

Use that breaches the contract — such as sharing the license key, using it on several computers or repeatedly obtaining trials — first triggers a warning; if it continues, use may be stopped remotely. No refund is made when use is stopped because of a breach. You can object to a stop through a support ticket in the panel; you will receive a reply within 15 days at the latest. If it turns out the stop was not caused by you, use is restored immediately; if it cannot be, the price for the remaining term on time-limited plans, for unused credits on usage-based plans, or the full price paid on perpetual plans is refunded within 14 days.

Product not working

If the product does not work under the system requirements stated on its page (for Alphacam add-ins, the stated Alphacam version) because of a fault on our side, and it cannot be fixed within a reasonable time through a support request, the price is refunded even if the license was activated. Not working on a different Alphacam version or system is not grounds for a refund; check compatibility on the product page before buying. Your statutory rights regarding defective goods and services under Law No. 6502 are reserved.

Refund process

• Open a support ticket in the panel or write to info@gmacros.com, stating the order number.
• Your request is assessed within 3 business days.
• For approved refunds the related licenses are cancelled and the amount is returned to the original payment method (card, PayPal, or for bank transfers the bank account you provide) within 14 days, at no extra cost to you.
• For card and PayPal refunds the bank's or PayPal's own posting time may apply in addition.
