What is in the package? (13 tools)
The 13 tools are grouped in four categories. Each runs from its own button on the G MACROS tab in Alphacam: enter the dimensions and the drawing arrives on the right layer.
Doors
Interior door leaf: hinge pockets, lock and handle holes, decorative frames.
Door Hinge Pockets
Distributes hinge pockets evenly along an interior door leaf according to door height.

Installation and license

Buy and receive the key by e-mail
Create a panel account, add the package to the cart and pay. Once the payment is confirmed a separate license key for each computer is e-mailed to you; it also appears under Licenses in the panel.

Download the installer from the panel
A single installer sets up all 13 macros; the buttons appear under the G MACROS tab in Alphacam. Version updates are downloaded from the panel during the license term.

Enter the key once
The key is asked on first run and verified over the internet. One key is active on one computer at a time; when you change computers a free new key is issued from the panel.

Frequently asked questions
Can I buy the macros individually?
No. The 13 macros are sold only as a package and install as one add-in with one key, so switching between categories does not need a separate license.
How is it different from the GMacros add-in?
The GMacros add-in contains design tools such as panel cabinet doors, panel doors and gasket doors. The macro package consists of single-task starter tools: part drawing, hole arrays, hinge and lock pockets and so on. The two products are licensed separately and can be used together.
Which Alphacam versions are supported?
Alphacam 2019 R1 and later, Router module. Check the current release notes on the product page in the panel before installing.
What happens when the license expires?
The macros stop running; your drawings are not affected. Renew from the panel before the term ends and enter the new key on the same computer.
