- Material (MDF, particleboard, plywood, solid wood, lacquered MDF, HPL, PVC, acrylic, aluminium…)
- Thickness (mm), cutter diameter (mm), flutes, cutter type (up-cut, down-cut, compression, straight, O-flute, V, ball)
- Operation (profile cut, pocket, groove, drilling, carving, surfacing)
- Machine max rpm and max feed (mm/min) — optional
- Note (weak vacuum, thin part, veneer tear-out…)
How to use it
- On the NirvanaAI palette pick Help → CNC Cutting Advisor.
- Fill in the fields, press Suggest.
- Copy the suggestion into your Alphacam tool/operation parameters by hand; verify with a test cut.
Result
A text suggestion: rpm, feed (mm/min), plunge, depth/number of passes, stepover, chip load, direction and notes. No credit is used.
