Which door types?

The macros draw the door as geometry; the finish (membrane, lacquer, veneer) is your process. Common door types and the macro used for each:

Membrane (vinyl-wrapped) door: Outer contour + surface pattern: Framed Door (edge allowance, profile width, corner type) or Plain Door; holes with Handle, Hinge (Ø35), Push-to-open. Pattern depth and inner radius are parameters set for your membrane press.
Balloon door: Domed membrane door: outer contour, edgeband allowance and holes with the same macros as a flat membrane door; the domed surfacing is added with your own Alphacam operation.
Panel / raised-panel door: Panel look in one MDF piece: Framed Door draws the inner line; for multiple inner offsets use Panel Door Design in the GMacros add-in.
American door: Multi-panel, profiled-edge look: panels derived from the door size with Framed Door; the profile line lands on its own layer for a different cutter.
Lacquered door: Same geometry as membrane; sharp corners and deep profiles are allowed, so the corner type is set to "square". Same macros.
Glazed door: Glazed Door macro: through-cut opening (KESIM) + glass rebate pocket from the back (CEP); frame width, glass allowance and rebate depth are parameters.
Louvred door: Louvred Door macro: equal pitch from door height, slat count and width; groove series on KANAL.
Handleless door: Finger Groove (grip groove on the back) and Push-to-open Hole macros; handle holes skipped.

License

License term: 1 year — renew from the panel before it expires.
A key works on one computer at a time; buy one unit per computer.
Activation requires an internet connection; the key is not asked again during the license term.
When you change computers, a free new key is issued through a reinstallation request in the panel.

Frequently asked

Which CNC routers do the door macros work on?

Any machine with an Alphacam post-processor: Biesse, Homag/Weeke, SCM, Masterwood, local builders. The macros write into the Alphacam drawing; your post produces the NC for the machine.

Which layers does the drawing land on — is it Auto Style compatible?

KESIM, KANAL, CEP, DELIK and ETIKET. Define your Auto Style rule for those names once; every door the macro draws is then machined with one command.

Can I enter my own dimension list in bulk?

Yes; width × height × quantity rows are entered on the form and the last constants (band allowance, hinge distance) are remembered. The series is drawn in one go.
