Alphacam'da 3D dalga ve organik desenli kapak/panel tasarımı: nizami dalga, organik dalga ve hazır STL modelden ölçekli panel.
Alphacam-based 3D wave panel macros: regular wave lines from the door size, organic (flowing) wave surfaces and panels scaled from a ready 3D model. Wave depth (Z top/bottom), wave count and curvature are parameters; up to 20 panels in one go.
Description
GMacros sekmesinde "GMacros 3D Dalga" bölmesi olarak kurulur. v1 Nizami dalga: kapak ölçüsüne göre eşit aralıklı 3D dalga hatları; v2 Organik dalga: akışkan, düzensiz 3D hatlar; v3 STL Model: 5 hazır 3D model (deri kumaş katlanması, akışkan likra, organik serbest dalga, su damlası halka, ipek kumaş kılıf) kapak ölçüsüne otomatik ölçeklenip yerleştirilir. Çoklu kapak girişi (20 ölçüye kadar), Z tepe/dip derinliği ve dalga sayısı ayarlanabilir. Tek lisans anahtarı, bir bilgisayar.

Which jobs?
A decorative wavy surface is 3D milling work. The macros draw and scale the geometry/model; roughing and finishing you define in Alphacam as usual:
- Wavy kitchen / cabinet door
- 3D Wave v1 (Regular) — evenly spaced wave lines across the door size; depth from wave count and Z top/bottom. Several door sizes in one list.
- Organic / flowing pattern
- 3D Wave v2 (Organic) — irregular, fabric-like flowing lines; the pattern does not repeat on the same door.
- Decorative wall panel
- 3D Wave v3 (STL model) — the 5 ready 3D models in the package (folded leather, flowing lycra, free-form organic wave, water-drop ring, silk cover) are scaled to your panel size and placed automatically.
- Batch work
- Up to 20 panels from a dimension list in one run; panels are laid side by side with a fixed gap.
License
- License term: 1 year — renew from the panel before it expires.
- A key works on one computer at a time; buy one unit per computer.
- Activation requires an internet connection; the key is not asked again during the license term.
- When you change computers, a free new key is issued through a reinstallation request in the panel.
Frequently asked
Does the macro do the 3D machining?
No. The macro draws and scales the wave geometry or STL model; 3D roughing and finishing are defined by you in Alphacam's 3D module.
Can I use my own STL model?
v3 works with the 5 models shipped in the package. For your own model, place the file in the installation folder and ask support to wire it in.
Which Alphacam version is required?
Alphacam 2019 R1 and later; 3D surface/STL machining requires a licensed Alphacam 3D module.
